These terms and conditions apply to the use of abejacatering.com website and by accessing this website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Privacy & Cookie Policy.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of goods by us, Abeja Catering, to you, the customer, by telephone, email, and via our website, and will constitute the basis of any contract of sale between us. Please review these Terms and Conditions carefully and make sure that you understand them before placing an order. Nothing in our Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights, either as a consumer or otherwise.
The Contract Between Us
Your orders are an offer to purchase goods from us. We will confirm receipt and acceptance of your order by sending you an email summarising the details of your order – this is the point at which we accept your order and the contract is formed (subject to these Terms & Conditions). If we cannot accept your order, we will notify you.
Use of the website
ACCESS
You are provided with access to this Website in accordance with these Conditions and any orders placed by you must be placed strictly in accordance with these Conditions.
REGISTRATION – You warrant that:
The Personal Data which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and
You will notify us immediately of any changes to the Personal Data by updating these details on your online account.
You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.
INDEMNITY
You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the Conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website, or the use by any other person accessing the Website using your shopping account and/or your Personal Information.

Product Description
Each Product is sold subject to its Product Description which sets out additional Specific Conditions related to that Product including, without limitation, terms and conditions concerning after-sales service and guarantees.
We will take all reasonable effort to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of goods displayed on this website are correct. We reserve the right to modify the descriptions and quantities of items displayed on our website without prior notice.
Alcoholic Merchandise
• Abejacatering.com may sell tickets for wine events.
• Under the Licensing Act 2003, it is an offense to purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol if you are under the age of 18.
• Information on whether a product is age-restricted and the minimum age requirement is available on the relevant product page. We have a number of control checks in place throughout the purchase process, including registration of your date of birth.
• By placing an order on abejacatering.com for any event where we serve alcohol, you confirm that you and the recipient are of the requisite age. By accepting these Conditions you agree to abejacatering.com truthful and accurate information and act in accordance with the Licensing Act of 2003.
Gift Messages
• You can include a personal gift message of up to 150 characters, including spaces, in every order.
We are not responsible for customer generated errors, including spelling, typographical or grammatical errors or other ordering errors, including delivery address. To prevent these potential issues, please review your order carefully before proceeding to payment.
Content Rules – we do not allow personalised messages to include any of the following content:
false, inaccurate, misleading, offensive, obscene, indecent, discriminatory, abusive, threatening or defamatory, or that might cause needless annoyance, inconvenience or distress to any person;
includes any material containing personally identifying information about another person, such as their address, phone number, or email address, except with the written approval of that person;
Prices
• All Products prices are displayed in GBP and include Value Added Tax which will be applied at the current rate where applicable. Prices may be subject to variation without notice. If there is a pricing error on our website we will contact you as soon as possible.
• We will offer you the option of reconfirming your order with the revised price or cancelling your order and receiving a full refund. If we are unable to reach you, your order for the incorrectly priced item will be cancelled, without obligation on our part to honour such orders.
Promotional Codes
• If you have a valid Abeja Catering promotional code, enter it in the allocated space at checkout. Please note that offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and offers apply to one per household. Please see the relevant product offer page for the terms and conditions applicable to that promotion.
Payment
• All payments for goods must be made at the time of placing the order. We are not able to reserve or dispatch any goods before full payment is received.
• Bespoke catering events require a 50% downpayment of the final invoice to secure the booking and date of the event. Payments for invoicing are by BACS to ABEJA TAPAS UK Ltd to the bank details specified in the invoice.
• We currently accept all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover and JCB, as well as Paypal. Our e-commerce platform uses Stripe for a trustworthy and secure check out process at any time.
• We cannot accept cheques or cash for payments online or telephone orders.
• Our website uses high-level SSL encryption technology. We take the privacy and security of your payment and personal details very seriously. If you create an account and enter your payment details, your card will be stored securely by Stripe so that you can check out on future visits without re-entering your card details. We never store or have access to your credit or debit card details.
Cancellations Prior or After Despatch
• To cancel your order, please let us know at least 5 working days before the scheduled date for the event. This is only applicable to ticketed events sold through abejacatering.com. We do not accept cancelations of bespoke events once confirmed and we reserve the right to offer an alternative date, should you wish to modify your booking.
• We will refund your ticketed event order within 14 days of notifying us, by either e-mail to orders@abeja-tapas.com or call us on 07540395894. Failure to do so might result in no rights to a refund.
9. Changes to your order
• If you wish to amend the contents of your order, please contact us by either e-mail to orders@abeja-tapas.com or call us on 07540395894 no less than 48-hours prior the scheduled shipment date. We will accommodate as best as possible your request, however we can only guarantee changes that are requested at least 5 days before the scheduled event date.

12. Content & Intellectual Property Rights
• Abeja Catering owns (or holds the relevant licence to use) the intellectual property rights in this website, all imagery, descriptions, content and all products. You are only allowed to use content found on this website as expressly agreed by Abeja Catering. Any reproduction or redistribution of our intellectual property may result in civil and criminal penalties.
• In addition to these intellectual property rights, the content, defined as: graphics, photographs, image rights, sounds, music, audio or text are to the best of our knowledge accurate and complete, however we cannot promise it is error-free. Nor can we promise that the functions within the site i.e. html, content and functional aspects are error-free. This also relates to viruses and other harmful viruses; we always recommend that you should have an up-to-date and complete virus-checking software to protect yourself.
• You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship exists between yourself and Abeja Tapas. You will not express yourself as an employee, agent or representative of Abeja Catering and we are not liable for any representation, act or omission on your part.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and are under the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts. If you live in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in either the Scottish or English and Welsh courts. If you live in Northern Ireland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in either the Northern Irish or English and Welsh courts.
